1. All used parts are sold "as removed" from vehicles. They are cleaned only to the extent that allows for
inspection of obvious flaws such as bad castings and damaged threads. Degreasing, painting, re-plating,
etc. may be necessary depending on their intended use, unless otherwise noted.

2. With most used parts dealers "all sales are final." Not so here. If the purchaser is willing to absorb the
shipping costs back, Jim's will provide a full refund within 30 days of sale.

|
3. Both new and used parts may be found at Jim's. All parts are to be considered USED unless noted
NEW. Any and all liabilities, where applicable, regarding new and used parts remain solely between the
manufacturer and the purchaser and not with Jim's Auto Restorations. Any new part found to be defective
during the manufacturer's warranty period will be replaced by Jim's.

4. Florida state sales tax (7%) is required on both new and used parts sold or shipped in-state.

Our disclaimer: Used auto parts are in various stages of wear and deterioration. Deciding whether or not a
particular part is safe to be used on a particular vehicle is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
